Purification color steel panel is a panel for purification projects made by color-coated steel panels as the surface layer and flame-retardant core materials as the filling layer through special composite equipment.

The difference from ordinary color steel panels is: our panels use flame-retardant materials with higher closed-cell rate as the core, the panel surface coating is dust-proof treated, and the splicing structure uses sealed tongue-and-groove design instead of ordinary wave plate overlap.

The panels are currently the most widely used panel type in the purification engineering field.

Surface Coating Technology

The surface coating of purification color steel panels directly affects durability and application range:

- PE Polyester Coating: Economic option, weather resistance approximately 5 – 8 years, suitable for general industrial workshop interior partitions.

- SMP Silicone Modified Polyester Coating: Weather resistance improved to 10 – 12 years, suitable for food packaging workshops with certain environmental requirements.

- HDP High Durability Polyester Coating: Weather resistance over 15 years, with better scratch resistance than the above options, recommended for production areas requiring frequent cleaning.

- PVDF Fluorocarbon Coating: High-end option, weather resistance over 20 years, with excellent chemical corrosion resistance and UV resistance, suitable for pharmaceutical and biological workshops.

Comparison with Other Purification Panels

Gypsum Board Partitions: Fast construction but requires plastering or tiling on the surface, not suitable for spaces with cleanliness requirements. Purification color steel panels come with a smooth surface from the factory, requiring no secondary decoration.

Stainless Steel Partitions: Corrosion resistance better than color steel panels, but cost is approximately 2 – 3 times higher and heavier. For conventional workshops not involving strong acids and alkalis, color steel panels provide sufficient corrosion resistance.

Magnesium Oxide Board Partitions: Fire rating can also reach Class A, but high density and heavy weight require reinforced keels for ceiling use. Color steel panels are lighter (approximately 10 – 15kg/m²), with less load on building structures.

Packaging & Shipping Instructions

Standard specification panels are packed flat, with foam strip spacers between each pallet, wrapped with stretch film and fixed with steel straps.

Non-standard sizes are packed in wooden crates or steel frames according to order requirements. Standard stock specifications (50mm thickness, 950mm width) can be shipped within 48 hours.

Special specifications (non-standard width, special-shaped panels) require 5 – 7 working days production cycle. Within-province logistics arrive next day; out-of-province 3 – 5 days; remote areas require specific transit time calculation.
