What is Dust-Free Wall Panel?

Dust-free wall panel is a wall panel specially designed for work spaces requiring control of airborne particle count. It uses steel plates with specially cured surfaces combined with high-density core materials.

The panel itself does not generate dust particles, nor does it adsorb airborne micro-dust.

The biggest difference between dust-free wall panels and ordinary wall panels is: ordinary wall panels experience surface aging and powdering during long-term use, while the coating process of dust-free panels ensures no dust generation or powdering throughout the entire lifecycle.

Dust-Free Wall Panel System Supporting Instructions

The complete wall system of dust-free wall panels includes not only the panels themselves, but also supporting aluminum alloy trim pieces, internal and external corner pieces, sealing strips and floor bottom channels.

- Special arc corner pieces are used at corners to completely eliminate dust-collecting dead corners.

- Sealed bottom channels with sealant are used at the connection between panels and the floor, eliminating dust accumulation at baseboards.

- Elastic seals are configured at the connection between panels and the ceiling, adapting to slight building settlement without compromising sealing.

After installation, it is recommended to apply secondary silicone sealant treatment to all joints to further improve airtightness.

The airtightness test of the overall wall system can achieve air change rate ≤ 2 times/hour (under standard pressure difference), meeting the basic sealing requirements of pharmaceutical GMP workshops.

Packaging & Transportation Instructions

Panels are packaged in vertical A-frame racks, with 30 – 50 panels per rack. Pearl cotton spacers are placed between panels to prevent surface scratches. Thick paper corner protectors are used at the top, bottom and edges of each package.

A 20-foot standard container can hold approximately 1200 – 1500m² of panels (depending on thickness specifications). Export packaging includes waterproof stretch film on the outside, with additional binding straps inside the container to prevent movement and impact during sea transportation.
