Medical clean board is a high-standard purification panel designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical specifications for hospital clean operating rooms.

Compared with ordinary purification panels, medical clean boards have higher standards in antibacterial performance, surface corrosion resistance, fire rating and joint airtightness.

The board surface is treated with a special antibacterial coating to inhibit the survival and reproduction of common hospital infection bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.

- ICU wards: Machine-made boards with rock wool core material are optional, balancing sound insulation and fire performance. 50mm thickness meets basic insulation and isolation requirements.

- General ward corridors: Standard color-coated steel panels with silica core material, moderate cost, neat and easy-to-clean surface.

- Laboratory areas: Stainless steel panels with magnesium oxide core material are recommended, resisting chemical reagent splashes with better corrosion resistance than ordinary color-coated panels.

For pharmaceutical GMP workshops, special attention should be paid to the sealing treatment of panel joints. It is recommended to apply arc sealing finishes to all joints and through-wall pipe openings.
