Finished insulation decorative board refers to exterior wall panels that have completed all processing procedures before leaving the factory.
It is not just a composite of insulation layer + decorative surface — it also includes four-edge sealing, edge protection coating, pre-drilled holes and a series of detailed processing.
On-site construction workers do not need to perform any secondary processing (cutting, drilling, edge coating) on the panels.
They only need to install and fix the panels according to the positions on the drawings. This "finished product from the factory" model greatly reduces on-site construction complexity and quality instability factors.
Factory Prefabrication Process & Quality Control
Standardized prefabrication process for finished insulation decorative boards:
Step 1 — Substrate Pre-Inspection: Incoming insulation core material is inspected for density, thickness and moisture content. Raw materials with deviation exceeding standard are not allowed for production.
Step 2 — Adhesive Application & Lamination: Polyurethane adhesive is evenly applied on both sides of the insulation core, with adhesive layer thickness controlled at 0.3 – 0.5mm.

Q1: What if the finished panel size is incorrect upon arrival at the site?
A1: Each panel has a unique number. Verify whether the installation position is correct by checking against the layout diagram. If it is indeed our manufacturing error and discovered before installation, the panel can be returned for rework at our expense.
Q2: Can pre-drilled hole positions be modified later?
A2: On-site re-drilling is not recommended because the edge sealing treatment around the holes is completed at the factory. On-site modification would damage the moisture-proof seal. Any adjustments should be proposed during the design phase.
